Aberffraw biscuits - Chocolate Chips

This delicious type of shortbread biscuit is called the Aberffraw biscuit and is said to originate from way back in the 13th century on Anglesey.  This shortbread with chocolate chips is made in the shape of a scallop shell, using good quality butter, flour, sugar and dark chocolate chips - giving the shortbread a wonderful cocoa flavour.
