Aberffraw biscuits - Lemon Zest

This delicious type of shortbread biscuit is called the Aberffraw biscuit and is said to originate from way back in the 13th century on Anglesey.  This shortbread with lemon zest is made in the shape of a scallop shell, using good quality butter, flour, sugar and lemon zest - giving the shortbread a subtle lemon flavour.
