Banner of Owain Glyndŵr
Owain Glyndŵr was the last native Welshman to hold the title Prince of Wales. The lion on red and gold was carried into battle during Owain Glyndŵr's rebellion against the English. By making the lions rampant, Glyndŵr was giving out a clear signal. The standard bears a marked similarity to the arms of Llewelyn ap Gruffydd, the flag of the royal house of Gwynedd.
This flag is 5ft x 3ft in size is made of 100% Polyester, double stitched and has eyelets for hanging. A perfect way gift for St David's Day.
