This cookbook contains a selection of sweet and savoury recipes using Welsh sea salt - Whole Sea Bass Baked in Sea Salt, Salted Oatmeal Biscuits and Italian Focaccia with Salt Flakes & Rosemary to name a few. Also included, is a section on the history of the Anglesey-based company Halen Môn. A metric and imperial measures conversion chart is included at the back of the book.
